From Factory to Backyard
Not all fiberglass pools are built the same. San Juan uses 100% hand-laid fiberglass with marine-grade Vinyl Ester resin — the strongest pool shells manufactured in America.
Precision Mold
Every San Juan pool starts with a precisely waxed mold to ensure perfect shape accuracy. Each mold is engineered for exact dimensions and contours.
Hand-Laid Fiberglass
All fiberglass is 100% hand-laid — never sprayed. Expert laminators with 20+ years of experience lay minimum five layers of woven roving for superior structural consistency.
Build the Panels
Each section is carefully hand-laid to maintain even thickness across the entire shell. Up to 72oz of woven fiberglass per square yard creates unmatched structural integrity.
Structural Reinforcement
Structural ribs are positioned to reinforce wall strength. Using Vinyl Ester resin throughout — the same marine-grade standard used in boat building.
Clean & Inspect
Every pool is thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All imperfections are repaired — only perfection is good enough for a San Juan pool.
Tile & Outfit
Pools are tiled and outfitted with all necessary fittings, returns, and drains. Each component is installed by hand to ensure a watertight, flawless finish.
